On these pages I am including links to music videos. (There is a drop-down menu from “Music”.)
My favourite music is the sort which is often referred to as “serious” music and can be heard on radio stations such as BBC Radio 3. Most of the music I am including here is other genres.
Hi Sue,
Here in Australia, those of us who like to listen to classical music or serious music regularly tune into ABC Radio. The acronym “ABC” stands for Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
Since you enjoy “serious” music, perhaps you will like some of the music of SoundEagle, a postgraduate from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. The word “Queensland” clearly indicates that it is a former British colony.
Here is a small fraction and sample of music available online:

I listened to your first demo on your blog. It reminded me of film music at the start. Then the rhythm reminded me of the sort of music which was played on an electric organ at the ice rink for ice-dancing. Sue
Yes, it can be subjectively construed as such. Musical interpretation and appreciation do vary considerably, and is one of the best indicators of people’s cultural capital.
I was also interested in how it had been performed. There are so many possibilities today with the advances in technology. Sue
Hi Sue,
SoundEagle is taking the rest of the week more easily after doing a lot of work lately. Today, for example, required SoundEagle to photograph and also to video the big orchid show of the Queensland Orchid Society, which is scheduled on 13th to 15th of September 2013. Find out more about the show at http://queenslandorchid.wordpress.com/2013/08/12/spring-schedule-2013/.
For more variety of SoundEagle’s music, visit http://soundeagle.wordpress.com/2013/07/19/soundeagle-exploring-classicism-transcendence-reminiscence-and-infinity-via-art-music-and-compositions/ to see an overview, or go directly to http://www.myspace.com/sound-eagle. These are just fractions of SoundEagle’s compositions as well as arrangements, some are played and recorded in real time. One of my best friends living in the USA is planning to play and record the three piano sonatas next year.
