Forgetful Heart by Lucy Mills
This is a well-written and well-produced book. The free postcard in the paperback edition makes a lovely bookmark. It has an example of Lucy Mills’ poetic writing, which appears at intervals throughout the book.
I began reading it with good intentions, dutifully writing down the answers to the questions at the end of the first seven chapters. For me the questions at the end of chapter eight were too painful to consider. From then on I just read the book without making any more notes.
I liked the book, especially the poetry and prayers. It is a challenging book. I may well read it again at some point in the future and try to tackle some of the more challenging questions.
It is available from
Also in Church House Bookshop, Waterstones, local Christian bookshops, and on Amazon, etc.
